Elisabetta is friendly and polite at speaking to others, whether they are nobles or servants. Always displays a cheerful, loving and innocent attitude.
But that is a facade, his true personality is very different. She's actually very cold and uninterested in others, who uses people for her own benefit. She likes to blackmail the nobles and disturb the servants. She can be very cruel when she doesn't get what she wants and even more when someone faces her. Generally she is very violent with the servants.

Elisabetta was born in a noble family, daughter of an earl and a countess. Since she was little, she has a mental disorder, she liked to tease, extort her "friends" and annoy, hurt the persons that take care of her (servants), but since it wasn't very big, her parents didn't notice it. It was after her father's death, that her mental problem grew. She was 12 when she witness the death and destruction of her father's clock by the hands of the servants who had sworn loyalty to him and since then she feels a total rejection toward servants, she dislikes them with all her heart _(clock), now she makes every effort to destroy their lifes, to make them very miserables.
When her father died, she stayed under her mother's care. She didn't seem affected for her husband's death in fact she was somehow happy about it, she had more power now that the earl had died. So Elisabetta grew up listening to her mother talking about how important it was to have a title, power and money, so at the age of 15 what she most wanted was to be a countess. That's why she extort some servants to destroy her mother's clock so she could get the title of countess. Once her mother was death, she was supposed to be given the title of countess but her superiors didnt believe it was a good idea since she was a very unstable person but definitely, she wasn't going to give up. Elisabetta faked being more polite and kind to the rest, accepting and helping everyone. After years, her superiors finally decided to give her the title of countess but altougt she already had it, she still fakes being the nice and cute girl that she isn't. _dkw
